We are here for women and we promise to take you as you are and to hear you, no matter where you are along your faith+fitness journey. Coach Chantal has been in the trenches of motherhood since 2015 and she loves to search for answers regarding more energy, more fulfillment in vocational life and ultimately, more everyday JOY in life! Whatever season you are in, we vow to equip you with guidance through the works of the Holy Spirit. We would love to have you be a part of our little community; one that values empowerment towards our God-given feminine genius, quality movement and everyday fulfillment,

Intake Form

Make an appointment for our Initial Consultation. Download and print these forms to fill out. Once completed, return intake forms to your coach via email.

Initial Consultation

This is an integral part of your journey where we get to establish a trusting, open rapport and find the starting point of your healing journey. Our first consultation involves your intake form review along with an in depth conversation and basic movement pattern analysis. Once we have established a base line, we will know how to better serve you.

Let's Get Moving

Once you have completed the initial consultation, you are ready to dive into your 6-week journey! YAY! You & your coach will schdeule your 6 sessions. 


Coach Chantal vows to provide honest feedback specific to your goals, however small or gigantic they may seem. My aim is to provide you with the tools you need to feel confident and take charge of your health.
